I won’t sell or give any information about you away to anyone, ever.
I check, wrap and send everything personally. I care deeply about anyone that buys from me and want the item to reach you in tip-top condition. I am a friendly human – any issues please just drop me a line.
Anything larger than A4 (such as A3 prints) are sent in a tube. Everything I send out is posted via Royal Mail. Orders above £20 go tracked. I have tried to set up the postage so it is fair, but it is impossible to allow for every combination. Please contact me directly for large orders (>5 items)
When you buy my stuff either here or elsewhere (ie ebay) then you undertake to NOT scan, redistribute or recreate my artwork, in any way, ever. That would be plain old theft.
I adhere to applicable laws and am not required to be VAT registered in the UK so there is no chargeable VAT on my products added here. Wherever possible (A5 and smaller, so MOST of my sticker kits, cards and prints) I will send in a nondescript envelope that does NOT REQUIRE a customs declaration at time of writing. All that said, if your government undertake to charge you import duties, VAT or any other additional charges on receipt of my artwork there isn’t much I can do about it, so sorry! These charges are added automatically on ebay, often to my mind unfairly (for example charging 20% extra on the p&p!!!).
